Wolfman's T-shirt of the Day.

In science fiction circles I am best known as the writer of the  ultraviolent futuristic sports novel Killerbowl

This was my first novel.  I wrote the book in 1976 when I still had a full head of hair, a brown beard, and aspirations of becoming the next Isaac Asimov.

I used the money I got for this novel to buy an authorly wardrobe - a black turtleneck, a tweed jacked with leather patches on the elbows, and a custom made pair of leather pants.  Hey, don't laugh.  That's what authors wore in the '70's.

I recently adapted Killerbowl into a film script and graphic novel entitled Street Lethal.  You'll be hearing a lot more about those two projects in the coming months.

To find out what the original fuss was about, you can get a digital copy of Killerbowl for $2.99 at

I'm a Huge KillerBowl fan and was actually working on a screen play and trying to see about getting the rights from you. I'm sad that now I can't bring this very fun work to the big screen, but very happy that if anyone was going to beat me to the punch it was you!

I loved that you actually pegged some of the things about futuristic broadcasting and the idea of reality TV so early. It's amazing how many of them were so close.

Thank you for all the wonderful books and I can't wait to see Killerbowl come to life. I had some fun ideas for some changes and updates, I'm sure that yours are great!
